Operator and service

xwish.link is operated by Ing. Francesco Massimo Gallo at the contact details above. It organizes wishes, shared lists and gift coordination. It does not sell listed products or process their purchase payments. Purchases, shipping, warranties and withdrawal rights are governed by your relationship with the chosen seller. A store listing does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Accounts and acceptance

Reserved features require an account and, when requested, acceptance of the current terms. Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and report suspicious access. Optional Google login also depends on that provider. Contractual acceptance is not advertising consent. If you lack legal capacity to enter this agreement, use the service only through an adult legally authorized to act for you; do not impersonate another person.

Sharing and visibility

Choose private, public or link-accessible visibility carefully. Recipients can forward links, so links do not guarantee confidentiality. The owner controls surprise mode, which is initially off. Surprise mode cannot prevent disclosures outside the service. Do not share other people's information or images without the necessary rights or authority.

Reservations and expiry

A reservation expresses gift intent, not an order, payment or proof of purchase. Check the variant, quantity, price and availability with the seller before buying. Cancel reservations you no longer intend to honor. Expired lists remain viewable according to their visibility but reject new reservations; the expiry date is inclusive in the service time zone. Cancellations remain available. Expiry does not cancel external orders.

Imported information and shared stores

Automatically retrieved names, codes, images, descriptions and prices may be incomplete or outdated. Review them before saving or buying: results are not binding offers or guaranteed availability. External services may have quotas or interruptions. Store information may be reused in the shared catalog and corrections may be moderated. Submit relevant information only, avoiding private contacts not intended for publication.

Content rights and prohibited conduct

You retain rights in your content and authorize the operations necessary to deliver the service, including storage, technical image adaptation and display under your settings. Do not upload unlawful content, threats, malware or material infringing privacy or intellectual property. Do not bypass security measures, access restrictions or provider quotas, or use the app for fraud or unauthorized access.

Reports and restrictions

Report content to info@logisticait.com, including its URL or identifier, reasons, relevant supporting details and a contact for a response. Avoid unnecessary personal data. The operator reviews reports and may proportionately restrict content or accounts for legal duties, violations or security risks. Where permitted, reasons and a means of requesting review through the same contact will be provided. Statutory remedies remain available.

Availability and liability

The service is an MVP and may undergo maintenance, changes or interruptions. The operator takes reasonable security and continuity measures but does not promise uninterrupted operation or accuracy of external sources. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Keep independent records needed for purchases already underway.

Leaving the service and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account in settings. Residual data and backups are addressed in the privacy notice. Deletion does not cancel external purchases. Material terms changes will be made known with appropriate advance notice except for urgent legal or security needs; renewed acceptance may be requested. If you decline, logout and account management remain available. Accepting an updated version does not by itself introduce charges.

Applicable law and assistance

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules, including the consumer forum where required.
